Concession Stand Committee
Description: Responsible for ordering and organizing food to be sold before and after each performance.

VOLUNTEERS:
This committee should get Jr. Beta students to volunteer at the concession table. Here are the volunteers that can help set this up.

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED:
- Cash box: we can use the PTA cash box and get cash from PTA Treasurer, Jennifer Meyers
- Snacks/Drinks: please confirm with PTA if we can sell the existing snacks stored in the PTA closet prior to purchasing more items. Drinks should be put in cooler if possible.
- Table: we will have two tables out by Barnwell custodian.
FOOD ITEM:
Candy: All food items $1/each
Goal: Sell $25 at each show
Expense: Max $50 expense from Costco
Baked Goods: All food items $1/each
Goal: Sell $25 at each show
Expense: $0.00/donations. Create Sign-up Genius to send out to parents to send in baked goods to sell.
Soda/Water: Drinks are $1
Goal: Sell $25. at each show
Expense: Max $50 expense from Costco
THINGS TO CONSIDER:
Do you sell a light dinner items as a fund raiser Friday night? Hot Dogs? Pizza? Maybe partner with AllPro Dads?
