  1. Ticket pricing
    1. $8/ticket
    2. General admission only
    3. If available, tickets at the door will be $10 each
    4. Goal is to sell out both shows!
  2. Seating
    1. Chorus fit 150 chairs for their recent performance, but had extra space
    2. Solarium section of café will be blocked off with a screen for cast member usage and platforms will be in front of the stage.
    3. NEW: Mandi confirmed we can sell 280 seats (14 rows of 20) so we have a center aisle and side aisles.
    4. Action Item: Need someone to find out (maybe from Mrs. Lee?) how many people can be in cafeteria per fire code and how many chairs we can realistically fit.
    5. Action Item: Does the school have enough chairs? Order from Jamarcus (Michelle Erste has his contact info).
  3. Ticket sales
    1. Online sales will be done via Membership Toolkit
                      i.      Receipt will be ticket.
ii.      Percentage from each ticket will go to Paypal fees
iii.      If ticket receipt is not brought to show, attendees will visit the Will Call table to get their ticket
  1. A-L and M-Z lines at Will Call (2-4 volunteers needed/show)
    1. Will Call will also need a line for people purchasing their tickets at the door (1-2 volunteers/per show)
iv.      Action Item (Michelle): Determine when online sales will close and set up online sales by Jan. 8th.
                 2. Attendees will enter through Car Rider Entrance. Will Call and concessions will be located just inside of Car Rider Entrance.
  1. Volunteers
    1. Jr. Beta members from AMMS and HBMS will help with crowd control and tickets
                  i.  Station out front of school to redirect attendees to Car Rider entrance

NEW: Will Call volunteers should stamp the receipts so ushers know they're approved and then those that bring electronic get tickets or a stamped piece of paper.

  1. Make sure attendees are not entering through the Cafeteria Solarium doors
ii.      Action Item: Reach out to middle schools and request Jr. Beta help—request 1-2 more than we think we will need.
  1. Communications
    1. Ross Gross is heading up the Graphics committee
      1. Action Item (Amy): Send Rose all information by Dec. 30th, and she will create a flyer.
      2. Action Item (Amy & Liz): Copy and stuff teacher mailboxes with flyers by Jan 8th, so flyers go home in Red Thursday folders on the 9th.
  2. Lauren Limbaugh & Abby Shapiro are in charge of Communications.
           i.      Action Item (Amy): Share flyer information with them by Jan. 6th and have it sent out via Beargram, Nextdoor, Pricipal’s Newsletter, etc.

Teacher Tickets: Coupon code is set up - it's PLAYFREE. it will take off $8 from an order of tickets for the teachers. if they order more than 1, it will take off only $8 so they'll pay for the additional tickets.
